Kitemetrics SDK Services definition
Kitemetrics SDK Services. (as applicable) in the Agreement. Subprocessors means third parties authorized under these Terms to have logical access to and process Customer Personal Data in order to provide parts of the Services. Term means the period from the Terms Effective Date until the end of Kitefaster’s provision of the Services, including, if applicable, any period during which provision of the Services may be suspended and any post-termination period during which Kitefaster may continue providing the Services for transitional purposes. Kitemetrics SDK Services means any features or functionality made available by Kitefaster to a Kitemetrics SDK Application, including any analytics, dashboards, conversion tracking, or other functionality.
