  • Subject to your obligation to pay any outstanding fees, if any, you may cancel your Web Hosting Services at any time.

  • Your sole and exclusive remedy for such termination of your Web Hosting Services without cause will be based on a pro-rated fee refund based on usage of your Web Hosting Services for the then current term.

  • The Web Hosting Services are not intended to provide a PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant environment and therefore should not be considered as one.

Related to Web Hosting Services

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.
