Web-Based Software definition

Web-Based Software means software code that resides, in whole or in part, on a computer connected to a network and whose functionality (whether or not described as or labeled a service), includes without limitation database, directory and/or security functionality, accessed via a different computer via the Internet.
Web-Based Software. Application (SaaS) shall mean the Vendor Software applications residing on the Vendor's system and accessed by authorized State users through a web browser and shall include Vendor-hosted storage, databases, related documentation, and other functionalities or Services provided with the Software to facilitate the use of the Software.

  • This Agreement (“the “Agreement”) specifies the Terms and Conditions for access to and use of HouseKeys website and MyHouseKeys Web-Based Software Application (the “Site”) and describe the terms and conditions applicable to your access of and use of the Site.

  • Licensee of Web-Based Software understands that website availability may be adversely affected by various conditions including, but not limited to, electrical interference, weather, acts of God or governmental authority, failure of equipment, and User error and the failure of other equipment, such as switches, routers and telecommunications devices not owned or controlled by 401K PROVIDER.

  • Licensee of Web-Based Software understands that periodic website service interruptions may be necessary to perform maintenance on third party networks and facilities, and that, therefore, 401K PROVIDER cannot guarantee the availability of the Web-Based Software at all times and under all circumstances.

Related to Web-Based Software

  • Hosted Software means: (a) Hosted NCR Voyix Software; and (b) Non-NCR Voyix Software provided by a third party as a hosted software application or cloud service and for which Customer purchases a subscription through NCR Voyix pursuant to an Order (“Non-NCR Voyix Hosted Software”).

  • Font Software means software or instructions which, when used on an appropriate device or devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all Subsets and bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades or updates (each of which may be provided to you by Monotype in its sole discretion), related files, permitted modifications, permitted copies, and related documentation.

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Customized Software or “Customization” means any Application Software code modified or amended on behalf of the Customer. Setting of parameters, parameterization or configuration is not a Customization.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.
