Web Aggregator definition

Web Aggregator means a Company registered under the Companies and Allied Matters Act No 1 of 1991 "CAMA" approved by NAICOM under this Guideline, which maintains/owns a Website and avails information pertaining to insurance products and price/features comparisons of products of different insurers and offers leads to an Insurer. All words and expressions used herein but not defined herein but defined in the Act as amended from time to time shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act. -". -~
Web Aggregator means the Internet portal known as compareFIRST, which is created, developed and operated under section 33A(8) of the Act.
Web Aggregator means an internet portal or domain in the internet which the Authority, or appointed person, creates, develops or operates for the purposes of publishing certain information, from time to time, to assist the public or member of the public in the purchase of a policy.
