WEATHERIZATION SERVICES definition

WEATHERIZATION SERVICES means conservation measures meant to reduce heating and cooling loads. These measures may include both air infiltration reduction and thermal improvements such as wall, attic and floor insulation.
WEATHERIZATION SERVICES means the services that reduce energy costs for low-income households including, but not limited to, general heat waste reduction or prevention, adding insulation, heating system repair and replacconservation measures meant to reduce heating and cooling loads. These measures may include both air infiltration reduction and thermal improvements, health and safety inspections and improvements, and baseload measuressuch as wall, attic, and floor insulation.
WEATHERIZATION SERVICES or "Weatherization" means the services that reduce energy costs for low-income households by increasing the energy efficiency of the dwelling unit while also improving the health and safety of the household members.

  • Transportation Service Agreement means the contract between KUB and the Customer whereby KUB agrees to provide transportation gas service to the Customer.

  • Processing Services means any and all services necessary or convenient for operation of the Program, including the issuance of cards or the processing of transactions or settlements in accordance with applicable Payment Network Rules and Applicable Law. Such services shall include: set-up and maintenance of cardholder accounts, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and settlement, Payment Network access, cardholder dispute resolution, Payment Network compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, customer service, collections and activity reporting.

Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Electricity Services means the services associated with the provision of electricity to a person, including the exchange of electric energy, making financial arrangements to manage financial risk associated with the pool price, Distribution Access Service, system access service, ancillary services, billing, metering, performing load settlement and any other services specified in regulations made under the Act;

  • Distribution Services means the service of distribution, as defined in section 5 of the Act;

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Monitoring Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) of this Agreement.

  • Telecommunication Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.
