Weapons possession definition
Weapons possession means possession of one or more weapons or dangerous instruments, as defined above, except possession in a classroom or laboratory as part of an instructional program or in a school-related activity under the supervision of a teacher or other District personnel as authorized by school officials.
Weapons possession means possession of one or more of the Weapons listed herein, except for possession in a classroom or laboratory as part of an instructional program or ESBOCES-related activity under the supervision of a Teacher or Other ESBOCES Employee as authorized by ESBOCES officials. Possession includes bringing a Weapon to, or possessing a Weapon on, ESBOCES Property.
