A WDL shall be included in the hiring process for the final selection of applicants.
The WDL may receive tuition reimbursement for a job-related approved seminar, or courses taken during working hours or outside of working hours taught at a university, college, community college, provided that (a) the courses and their details are approved by the Employer in advance and (b) the employee furnished proof of having satisfactorily passed the course upon its completion.
The Employer shall consider applicants for WDL positions covered under this Agreement from qualified internal WSF candidates.
The Agreement shall be in effect upon the date signed by both parties and shall be in effect until the revocation of the Limited Power of Attorney or until notice is given by AJ Digital Consultants.
Prior to a WDL accumulating eighty (80) hours of exchange time, management will work to ensure work life balance is achieved.

If, for some reason or assignment, a WDL works at a location other than the location where the employee is regularly assigned, then the employee shall qualify for mileage in accordance with the WSDOT Travel Rules and Procedures.
