WDG means wet distillers grains produced by the Borrowers at the Plants. “WestLB” means WestLB AG, New York Branch. This funding notice (this “Funding Notice”), dated as of [ ], 200[ ], is delivered to WESTLB AG, NEW YORK BRANCH, as administrative agent (the "Administrative Agent”), pursuant to Section 2.03 of the Debtor-In-Possession Credit Agreement, dated as of May , 2009 (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “DIP Credit Agreement”), by and among PACIFIC ETHANOL HOLDING CO. LLC, as Borrower Agent, each of the Lenders from time to time party hereto, WESTLB AG, NEW YORK BRANCH, as Administrative Agent for the Lenders, WESTLB AG, NEW YORK BRANCH, as Collateral Agent for the Senior Secured Parties, and AMARILLO NATIONAL BANK, as Accounts Bank. This Funding Notice sets forth certain undertakings of the Borrowers with respect to the transactions contemplated by the DIP Credit Agreement. Capitalized terms used herein but not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings set forth in the DIP Credit Agreement.

Examples of WDG in a sentence

  • Seller shall also make available the necessary storage for WDG and Solubles which is adequate for Buyer to market such products.

  • HR shall retain the samples and labeling information for no less than six (6) months for DDG samples and no less than fourteen (14) days for WDG.
