WCY definition

WCY means the World Council for Youth, which shall be constituted by a board presided by a chairperson, who shall be assisted by five (5) board members. The board shall be comprised of the following positions [and no one person shall be entitled to hold more than one such position]: (i) a secretary, (ii) a treasurer, (iii) a cultural affairs officer, (iv) a social welfare officer and (v) a media officer.
