WCP Manager definition
WCP Manager has the meaning set forth in the LLC Agreement and, if the form of the Company is converted from a limited liability company to a corporation, such term shall be deemed to mean any director of the Company, the designation of whom is controlled by one or more holders of securities that are or were WCP Registrable Securities, regardless of the definition actually used in the applicable successor or replacement document or documents to the LLC Agreement.
