Any interest which has accrued shall be for the account of the Borrower, WCIL or WNS Singapore (as the case may be) and the Borrower, WCIL or WNS Singapore (as the case may be) may instruct the Security Trustee to withdraw an amount representing such interest for application in any manner which is not prohibited by the Finance Documents in accordance with the Account Mandate relating to the relevant Account, provided that no such transfer shall be made while a Default has occurred and is continuing.
The Account Bank shall give to the Borrower, WCIL, WNS Singapore, the Agent and the Security Trustee unrestricted access on reasonable prior notice to review such books and records of any Account held by the Account Bank, in each case, whilst an Event of Default is continuing.
