  • Either the Board or the Wynford Classified Employees (WCE) may cause negotiations for a successor agreement to commence by giving written notification to the other party that it desires to open negotiations for the purpose of making modification(s) to the existing Collective Bargaining Agreement that will result in a new successor agreement.
