As soon as possibly practical, the County shall provide notice to the WCAD of such termination of the Pictometry Agreement.
In the event of termination of this Agreement, the WCAD shall be reimbursed a pro-rata share of the Annual Payment within thirty days of the date of termination.
Medistar and ▇▇▇ agree that the WCAD and the City, their agents and employees, shall, upon reasonable notice, have reasonable right of access to the Facility in order to ensure that the construction of the Facility is in accordance with this Agreement and all applicable state and local laws and regulations, or valid waiver thereof.
