In such cases, the potential Bidders are solely responsible to seek the information required from WBSEDCL, at their own cost.
WBSEDCL makes no representation or warranty and shall incur no liability under any law, statute, rules or regulations on any claim the potential Bidder may make in case of failure to understand the requirement and respond to the Tender Document.
WBSEDCL may request to extend Validity of the bid beyond 180 (One hundred and Eighty) days if required so, without any change in offer.
