Wayleave Application means the natural or juristic person or partnership named as the Applicant in the Wayleave application form
Wayleave Application means the Provider’s wayleave authorisation form as advised to the Customer from time to time.
Wayleave Application means the natural or juristic person or partnership named as the Applicant in the Wayleave application form and it includes a developer of land on which a servitude is registered and serve(s) installed.
