WATT (W) definition

WATT (W) means the unit of electrical power. The power developed when a current of one ampere flows through a potential difference of one volt;
WATT (W) means the power which gives rise to the production of energy at the rate of 1 joule per second;

  • Interconnector means equipment used to link the electricity system of the State to electricity systems outside of the State;

  • Hot Weather Alert means the notice provided by PJM to PJM Members, Transmission Owners, resource owners and operators, customers, and regulators to prepare personnel and facilities for extreme hot and/or humid weather conditions which may cause capacity requirements and/or unit unavailability to be substantially higher than forecast are expected to persist for an extended period.

  • Connector means a flanged, screwed, welded, or other joined fitting used to connect two pipelines or a pipeline and a piece of process equipment.

  • Signal means any transmission of radio frequency energy or of optical information.

  • AT&T KANSAS means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Kansas.
