Water Value definition

Water Value means a charge per acre-foot used to calculate the Depletion Fee. Water Value will be adjusted by the Board of Managers as required by this Plan, section 4.2.5 below.
Water Value means a charge per acre-foot of groundwater withdrawn by Subdistrict Wells. Water Value will be adjusted by the Board of Managers as required by this Plan, section 4.2.5 below, and is used to calculate the Depletion Fee.
Water Value means a charge per acre-foot of groundwater withdrawn by Subdistrict Wells. Water Value may be adjusted annually by the Board of Managers within the limitations of this Plan of Water Management and is used to calculate the Variable Fee.
