In order to carry out and effectuate the pledge contained in the Water Utility Parity System Master Resolution, upon execution and delivery of the Certificates, Valley Water shall pay, in accordance with Section 2.2 of the Water Utility Parity System Master Resolution, from the Net Water Utility System Revenues to the Trustee, as assignee of the Corporation, the Installment Payments as and when due hereunder.
