Water Quality Mitigation Plan definition
Water Quality Mitigation Plan means a plan to establish and maintain the amount of water demand necessary to provide an acceptable chlorine residual, as determined by the District, from the time of connection of a development to the District’s distribution system to the acceptance of the project by the District.
Water Quality Mitigation Plan means the documentation, administration, fee payment, and implementation of a plan for identified development infrastructures that allows for time extensions for completion and requires that established water quality standards are maintained in these systems.
