Water demand decrease definition
Water demand decrease means the projected water savings to be achieved through actions including but not limited to termination of services, reduction in services , installation of permanent water conservation devices, detection and repair of leaks an d rehabilitation of mains. Projections of water savings shall be made consistent with good engineering practice and must be measurable and verifiable.
