Water Campus definition
Water Campus means the City wastewater treatment plant located at 8787 East Hualapai Drive, Scottsdale, Arizona 85255, as this plant may be modified, expanded, contracted, or relocated from time-to-time by the City in its sole discretion.

Vendor shall perform regular visual inspection of parking lots, Meter Shop, Distribution Shop, container storage, Administration Building, Multi-Purpose Facility, Reverse Osmosis Plant, and the surrounding area of the Water Campus.
Security hours are as follows: 6:00 p.m. – 11:59 p.m. Vendor shall provide armed security services to the entire Water Campus, to include physical monitoring of the facility and monitoring of security cameras, vehicles, and equipment.
Vendor security patrols will include visual inspections of the Water Campus to include physical inspections of all gates and doors of each facility and on-site vehicles to verify secure status.
