Water Availability Fee definition

Water Availability Fee means the service initiation fee customarily charged by the City for new public water service initiation under City Code §74-44 and City Council Resolution .
Water Availability Fee means the amount charged to a Premises to make the local distribution components of the Water System available to directly serve said Premises. This charge represents a cost allocable to such Premises for the watermains made directly available to the Premises for connection thereto, fire hydrants, valves, and associated costs.

Examples of Water Availability Fee in a sentence

  • An initial Water Availability Fee shall be due and payable upon execution of this Petition, unless previously paid at the time of platting or sale of the lot.

  • This includes any lot owner who did not enter into a contract with Bar Star for the Vacant Lot Water Availability Fee or other similar fee and who subsequently obtains a well permit and drills a well or ▇▇▇▇▇ to serve a Vacant Lot and cannot enroll such well or ▇▇▇▇▇ in the WSP or any other alternative augmentation plan and thus must enroll such well or ▇▇▇▇▇ in the W-7389 Plan.

  • Bar Star agrees that it will not assess a Vacant Lot Water Availability Fee or other similar fee to offset the cost of operating the W-7389 Plan on any lot in the Indian Mountain Subdivision that currently does not have a well (“Vacant Lot”) unless the lot owner of the Vacant Lot has entered into a contract with Bar Star that includes such Vacant Lot Water Availability Fee or other similar fee.

  • If Applicant fails to pay the Standby Fee for any ninety (90) day period, water availability will no longer be maintained for the lot and the applicable Water Availability Fee will be due as a condition of connection to the system.
