Watchtower definition

Watchtower which designs were conceived by employees or officers of the Corporation and were not designed by appropriating the Intellectual Property of any third party.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Customer shall continue to protect the Confidential Information of Paladin in perpetuity, as it relates to trade secrets contained in the Equipment and/or Watchtower Products.

  • Conditioned upon compliance with the Use Restrictions in Section 2, and payment of all fees then due, and compliance with all other terms and conditions hereof, Paladin shall grant to Customer, during any Active Term of this Agreement, a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to use the Watchtower Software.
