of a Person means the power, directly or indirectly, either to (a) vote 10% or more of the securities having ordinary voting power for the election of directors (or persons performing similar functions) of such Person or (b) direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of such Person, whether by contract or otherwise.
Elderly person means a person 60 years of age or
Ineligible Person shall include an individual or entity who:
lay person means an individual who does not have formal education in a relevant field of healthcare or medical discipline;
corporate person means a company as defined in clause (20) of section 2 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), a limited liability partnership, as defined in clause (n) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (6 of 2009), or any other person incorporated with limited liability under any law for the time being in force but shall not include any financial service provider;
means a Person in whose name a Note is registered.
Handyperson means a person who is not a tradesperson and whose duties include the performance of routine repair work and maintenance in and about the employer’s premises.
Japanese person means any person resident in Japan, including any corporation or other entity organized under the laws of Japan;
authorised employee means a municipal employee who is authorised in terms of delegated or sub-delegated authority by the Municipality to exercise a power or perform a duty in terms of this By-law or to inspect land and buildings in order to enforce compliance with this By-law or the zoning scheme;
Judicial Branch Personnel means members, justices, judges, judicial officers, subordinate judicial officers, employees, and agents of a Judicial Branch Entity.
young person means a person who falls within the definition of qualifying young person in section 142 of the SSCBA.
Vulnerable Person means any person who by reason of age, infirmity, illness, disability or any other circumstance is in need of care or attention, and includes any person under the age of eighteen; and
Private Person means any person, firm, entity or individual who or which is other than a "governmental unit" as that term is used in Sections 141 and 148 of the Code.
Close Family Member means a parent, child or sibling who is not an immediate family member.
Presidential elector certifying official means the state official or body that is
Guardian of the person means a guardian appointed to comply with the duties specified in s. 54.25 (1) and to exercise any of the powers specified in s. 54.25 (2).
Black woman-owned enterprise means an enterprise with at least 25, 1% representation of black women within the black equity and management portion.
Authorised Participant means the Initial Authorised Participant, the Second Authorised Participant and any Additional Authorised Participant.
registered person means a person who is registered under section 25 but does not include a person having a Unique Identity Number;
Person means an individual or corporation, partnership, trust, incorporated or unincorporated association, joint venture, limited liability company, joint stock company, government (or an agency or subdivision thereof) or other entity of any kind.
Supervised financial organization means a person, other than an insurance company or other organization primarily engaged in an insurance business:
close associate means a natural person who is closely connected to a politically exposed person, either socially or professionally;
Qualified inspector means a United States department of
Other Person means a person who is not a council member or an employee.
Close Associate of a Senior Foreign Political Figure means a person who is widely and publicly known internationally to maintain an unusually close relationship with the Senior Foreign Political Figure, and includes a person who is in a position to conduct substantial domestic and international financial transactions on behalf of the Senior Foreign Political Figure;
Deaf person or "person who is deaf" means any person whose hearing is so severely impaired that the person is unable to hear and understand conversational speech through the unaided ear alone, and who must depend primarily on an assistive listening device or visual communication such as writing, lip reading, sign language, and gestures.
