WATA DATA definition

WATA DATA or “Data” means all information processed or stored in the performance of this Contract and as part of the Contractor’s Solution, on computers or other electronic media, by WATA or on the WATA’s behalf, or provided to the Contractor for such processing or storage, as well as any information derived from such information.
