Examples of Wastewater Source in a sentence

  • The Tribe shall adopt and implement a pretreatment program for the Jamestown System customers discharging High Strength Waste or Industrial Wastewater, with requirements at least as stringent as what the City Wastewater Source Control Program requires of City System customers.

  • A pattern or practice of violations by the Tribe, but not by non-Tribal connections to the Jamestown System, of the City Wastewater Source Control Program or DOE permit requirements for high strength waste or industrial wastewater, may be considered grounds for the City to terminate the Agreement, with ten (10) years advance written notice.
