Waste Screening definition

Waste Screening means the process of separating acceptable waste and unacceptable waste.

  • The Waste Screening Protocol shall set forth all practices, procedures and protocols which are necessary or useful in coordinating the activities of the Parties hereunder in order to prevent the delivery of Unacceptable Waste to the Transfer Station and Drop-Box Sites by the County or by Authorized Haulers.

  • The Operation and Maintenance Manual will address the Company’s operating and maintenance procedures, policies, and staffing to operate and maintain the Transfer Station and Drop-Box Sites and the transport system effectively and will include the Staffing Plan and the Waste Screening Protocol.

  • To the extent a change in the Waste Screening Protocol is due to a Change in Law or other Uncontrollable Circumstance, the provisions of Section 15.2 shall apply.
