Waste Rock Dump definition
Waste Rock Dump mean the waste rock dump known as “Freddies 9 Shaft Waste Rock Dump” which is owned by the Seller and situated on the Immovable Property; and
Waste Rock Dump means —
2.2.38.1 the waste rock dump known as “Freddies 9 Shaft Waste Rock Dump”, which is owned by the Seller and located on the Waste Rock Dump Area;
2.2.38.2 all gold and gold bearing rock situated on or within the waste rock dump known as “Freddies 9 Shaft Waste Rock Dump” as at the Applicable Date;
2.2.38.3 all gold and gold bearing rock and material up to 50 (fifty) metres under the Waste Rock Dump Area;
2.2.38.4 all gold and gold bearing material on the Waste Rock Dump Area, as at the Applicable Date; and
