Waste Processing Site definition

Waste Processing Site means the place/ site where the ULB or agency has set up the plant to process the waste for converting waste in to compost or energy etc.
Waste Processing Site means a site which has received a Certificate of Approval under the Environmental Protection Act, or such equivalent approval as may exist from time to time under this or any successor legislation, to allow the site to be used for the management or preparation of waste for subsequent reuse or disposal.
