Waste log definition

Waste log means a record detailing the management of C&D debris generated by the covered project, including the date and weight/volume of material by type that was salvaged, reused, recycled or disposed.
Waste log means the record sheet (provided as a blank form by DWMR to the applicant) with periodic entries (completed by the project manager or permit holder) that detail the C&D debris management activity for the project pursuant to Sections 4.408.5 and 5.408.5 of Title 24 of the CCR, as amended from time to time, and Board Resolution 2011-0024.

  • Waste pile means any non-containerized accumulation of solid, non-flowing waste that is used for treatment or storage.

  • Waste tire means a tire that is no longer suitable for its original purpose because of wear, damage or defect.

  • Waste Material means (1) any “hazardous substance” under Section 101(14) of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. § 9601(14); (2) any pollutant or contaminant under Section 101(33) of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. § 9601(33); (3) any “solid waste” under Section 1004(27) of RCRA, 42 U.S.C. § 6903(27); and (4) any “hazardous substance” under Wis.   • Waste oil means used or spent oil or solvents or other volatile hydrocarbons, including but not limited to crankcase oil.

  • Solid waste facility means a site, location, tract of land, installation, or building used for incineration, composting, sanitary landfilling, or other methods of disposal of solid wastes or, if the solid wastes consist of scrap tires, for collection, storage, or processing of the solid wastes; or for the transfer of solid wastes.
