Waste Control. Pet Owners shall be responsible for immediate cleanup after exercising a Pet. Waste shall be bagged and placed in the dumpster by the Pet Owner. For any waste not properly disposed of by the Pet Owner and requiring removal by on-site staff, the Pet Owner will be billed for damages and served a Rental agreement Violation notice. Kitty litter is to be bagged, securely tied, and carried to the dumpster. Kitty litter must be changed and removed from the apartment at least twice per week.

Waste Control. The current level of waste from the production process is unacceptable and must be brought under control. An action plan already exists for the phasing out and replacement of old equipment and tooling, but this has to be accompanied by responsible operation of equipment, accurate recording of waste generated and prompt response times to machine issues. This will be accompanied by a series of training, specifically developed for the production teams and crew of fitters.
