Waste Compaction definition
Waste Compaction means the activity of spreading the waste evenly in layers over the landfill and reducing its volume to help stabilize the landfill.
Compaction means the increase in soil bulk density.
Waste pile means any non-containerized accumulation of solid, non-flowing waste that is used for treatment or storage.
Wastewater means the spent or used water of a community or industry which contains dissolved and suspended matter;
Wastewater Facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.
Waste oil means used or spent oil or solvents or other volatile hydrocarbons, including but not limited to crankcase oil.
