Washers definition

Washers or “Washer” means, collectively, the Samsung washing machine units that are subject to the Voluntary Recall and which are listed in Schedule “1” to this Agreement.
Washers means the Kenmore Washers and the Whirlpool Washers.
Washers are individuals or businesses willing to perform certain specified laundry services for Customers. Both Washers and Customers may be referred to in this agreement as “Consumers.” As a Consumer, when you consent to terms of this policy, you form a Service Agreement. The Medium connects Washers and Customers for specific services. Washers are independent contractors, not employees of SudShare. SudShare does not perform or otherwise provide services. Consumers acknowledge that SudShare does not oversee, direct, control, or otherwise scrutinize a washer’s work. Nor does SudShare control the quality, timing, legality, or any other aspect at all of the services provided. SudShare is not responsible for any omissions or poor performance. SudShare is NOT RESPONSIBLE for Washer’s work or performance. C hanges to the Terms of Service or Medium Company reserves the right to change, adjust, amend, add to, augment, or remove any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including the Privacy Policy) at its exclusive and absolute discretion. Furthermore, it may review, improve, adjust, amend, suspend, or discontinue, whether temporarily or permanently, the Site, Medium, or any material or information at any time. This will be effective with or without prior notice and without any liability to Company. Company will make reasonable efforts to notify Consumers of material changes by email, but will not be liable for any failure to do so or failure to reach a Consumer. If any future changes to this Agreement are unacceptable or cause a Consumer to be no longer in compliance with this Agreement, the Consumer is expected to terminate use of the Medium. Your continued use of the Medium following any revision to this Agreement constitutes a total and irrevocable acceptance of any and all such changes. Company may change, adjust, amend, interrupt, or stop any element of the Medium at any time without notice or liability. Company may also direct and enforce limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Medium without notice or liability. If a change to these Terms of Use materially modifies Consumer's rights or obligations, the Consumer will be required to accept the modified Terms of Service to continue to use the Medium.
