Wash-out definition

Wash-out means the carrying away of solid waste by water of the base flood.
Wash-out means that Buyer sells product back to Seller based on a fair price agreed price as per the above. The wash out period shall commence immediately following the delivery of the last shipment, which has been nominated and accepted under the provisions of this Agreement .

Related to Wash-out

  • Injection well means a well into which fluids are injected. (See also "underground injection.")

  • Knock-out Barrier means the relevant Strike.

  • Ethanol blended gasoline means the same as defined in section 214A.1.

  • Flammable liquid means any liquid that has a flash point of seventy degrees Fahrenheit, or less, as determined by a tagliabue or equivalent closed cup test device.

  • Drip irrigation means any non-spray low volume irrigation system utilizing emission devices with a flow rate measured in gallons per hour. Low volume irrigation systems are specifically designed to apply small volumes of water slowly at or near the root zone of plants.
