Wash Area definition

Wash Area marked on Exhibit A is included in the Premises; however, while Tenant may use the Wash Area as an area for storage, it is understood that the Tenant shall not dispose of any liquids or any other substance into the drains within the Wash Area and shall continuously throughout the Term (as defined below) carefully cover these drains to prevent any substances from falling into the drains.
Wash Area marked on Exhibit A is included in the Premises; however, while Tenant may use the Wash Area as an area for storage, it is understood that (except as otherwise permitted by the Landlord by an amendment to this Lease) the Tenant shall not dispose of any liquids or any other substance into the drains within the Wash Area and shall continuously throughout the Term (as defined above) carefully cover these drains to prevent any substances from falling into the drains. Subject to Paragraph 5B(viii), in connection with the lease of the Premises, the Tenant shall have the right to non-exclusive use in common with the Landlord and other tenants and occupants of the Project, the “Common Areas” (hereinafter defined).

  • In addition, the Wash Area shall not be used until and unless all necessary permits and licenses have been obtained from appropriate governmental agencies to operate the Project’s oil/water separator system.

  • During the Term of this Agreement, City may, by providing written notice to Operator, relocate the Wash Area.

  • Operator’s assigned space within the Wash Area will be used to wash Operator’s Vehicles prior to their delivery to the Parking Area or following their return to Operator.

  • Prior to washing any machinery and equipment within the Wash Area, and emptying any contaminated water into the separator plant, the Tenant, in addition to obtaining the Landlord’s consent, mast also obtain necessary permits and licenses required to operate the separator plant.

Related to Wash Area

  • Carpet Area means the net usable floor area of the Unit including the area covered by the internal partition walls of the Unit but shall exclude the area covered by external walls, areas under service shafts, exclusive balcony/verandah/open terrace area.

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Work area means a room or defined space in a workplace where hazardous chemicals are produced or used, and where employees are present.

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.
