Wash Area definition

Wash Area marked on Exhibit A is included in the Premises; however, while Tenant may use the Wash Area as an area for storage, it is understood that the Tenant shall not dispose of any liquids or any other substance into the drains within the Wash Area and shall continuously throughout the Term (as defined below) carefully cover these drains to prevent any substances from falling into the drains.

Wash Area marked on Exhibit A is included in the Premises; however, while Tenant may use the Wash Area as an area for storage, it is understood that (except as otherwise permitted by the Landlord by an amendment to this Lease) the Tenant shall not dispose of any liquids or any other substance into the drains within the Wash Area and shall continuously throughout the Term (as defined above) carefully cover these drains to prevent any substances from falling into the drains.   • During the Term of this Agreement, City may, by providing written notice to Operator, relocate the Wash Area.

Related to Wash Area

  • Carpet Area means the net usable floor area of the Unit including the area covered by the internal partition walls of the Unit but shall exclude the area covered by external walls, areas under service shafts, exclusive balcony/verandah/open terrace area.
