The Issuer shall deliver such Additional Warrants on June 15, 2009 (the “CCF Warrant Payment Date”) to the Persons who are registered Holders at the close of business on June 1, 2009, the record date immediately preceding the CCF Warrant Payment Date (whether or not a Business Day), even if the Discount Notes are cancelled on registration of transfer or registration of exchange after such record date, and on or before the CCF Warrant Payment Date.
