Warrant Deed Poll definition
Warrant Deed Poll means the deed poll executed by iSOFT in favour of the holder of Warrants dated on or about 29 October 2007 (as amended from time to time).
Warrant Deed Poll means the deed poll relating to the Warrants to be signed by the Bank, expected to be dated on or about September 23, 2014.
Warrant Deed Poll means the warrant deed poll dated 2 November 1999 executed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Warrants Limited, pursuant to which a maximum of 666,080 Shares may be issued by the Guarantor. Reference to any provision of any statute shall be deemed also to refer to any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof or any statutory instrument, order or regulation made thereunder or under any modification or re-enactment. For the purposes of Conditions 6(b), (c) and (f) and Condition 11 only, (a) references to the "issue" of Shares shall include the transfer and/or delivery of Shares by the Guarantor, the Issuer or any Subsidiary of the Guarantor, whether newly issued and allotted or previously existing or held by or on behalf of the Guarantor, the Issuer or any Subsidiary of the Guarantor, and (b) Shares held by or on behalf of the Guarantor, the Issuer or any Subsidiary of the Guarantor (and which, in the case of Condition 6(b)(iv) and (vi), do not rank for the relevant right or other entitlement) shall not be considered as or treated as "in issue".
