Product Labeling means, with respect to a Licensed Product in a country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, (a) the Regulatory Authority-approved full prescribing information for such Licensed Product for such country or other jurisdiction, including any required patient information, and (b) all labels and other written, printed, or graphic matter upon a container, wrapper, or any package insert utilized with or for such Licensed Product in such country or other jurisdiction.
Warning means a "Letter of Warning," which is a letter from the Association to an Association member or MLS Participant or Subscriber advising of a lack of professional conduct or a violation of MLS rules determined by a "due process" hearing by a hearing Panel and warning that future similar conduct could result in further and additional discipline as provided in this Manual.
Product Complaint means any written, verbal or electronic expression of dissatisfaction regarding the Product, including without limitation reports of actual or suspected product tampering, contamination, mislabeling or inclusion of improper ingredients.
Warning Notice means a notice in writing by the Secretary of State to the Academy Trust requiring the Academy Trust to procure the admission of a sufficient number of pupils by such date as he deems appropriate in the circumstances and setting out the consequences of not procuring the admission of a sufficient number of pupils by the date specified in such Warning Notice. 91D) If at any time after signing this Agreement, the Parties agree that by virtue of low pupil numbers the Academy is not financially viable, then the Parties jointly may terminate this Agreement having agreed first the precise terms of termination.
Defective Product has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

labelling means any words, particulars, trade marks, brand name, pictorial matter or symbol relating to a food and placed on any packaging, document, notice, label, ring or collar accompanying or referring to such food;
CE marking of conformity or ‘CE marking’ means a marking by which the manufacturer indicates that the device is in conformity with the applicable requirements set out in this Regulation and other applicable Union harmonisation legislation providing for its affixing;
SKU means stock-keeping unit.
Label means a display of written, printed, or graphic matter upon the immediate container of any article. A requirement made by or under authority of this chapter that any word, statement, or other information appear on the label shall not be considered to be complied with unless such word, statement, or other information also appears on the outside container or wrapper, if any, of the retail package of such article or is easily legible through the outside container or wrapper.
Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.
Manufacturer’s Warranty means the warranty supplied from time to time by the manufacturer of the Goods as at the date of the acceptance of the Statement of Work; “PPSA” means the Personal Property Securities Xxx 0000; “Price” means the amount specified within each Statement of Work (subject to any Variation) or as otherwise specified from the Company to the Customer representing the cost for the Works; “Related Work” means any additional building, carpentry, painting, plastering, plumbing or other work or other trades that the Customer requires, which are not to be carried out by the Company; “Services” means the services provided by the Company to the Customer as part of the Works, which may include without limitation the installation of Goods; “Services Delay Charge” means the services delay charge (if any) set out in the Statement of Work; “Services Interruption Event” means any interruption to a Works caused by; a Force Majeure Event, the Customer’s failure to carry out or perform any obligation required of it under this agreement which in the sole opinion of the Company does or may cause a delay in the Works and any other matter which in the reasonable opinion of the Company will cause an interruption or delay in the performance of the Works; “Statement of Work” means the details outlining the provision of the Works, which statement can be delivered verbally or in writing (including email) and may include (where applicable) an estimate or quotation (as specifically expressed as the case) of costs; “Variation” means a change in the Statement of Work including the specifications, scope, time of supply, price or scale of the Works and such variation shall form part of this agreement; “Workmanship” means a good and high quality and standard of delivery in connection with the Services performed; “Works” means the supply of Goods and the provision of Services to the Customer as per each Statement of Work;
OMP means Occupational Medical Practitioner
visiting force means any such body, contingent or detachment of the forces of any country as is a visiting force for the purposes of any of the provisions of the Visiting Forces Act 1952;
Locational Deliverability Area Reliability Requirement means the projected internal capacity in the Locational Deliverability Area plus the Capacity Emergency Transfer Objective for the Delivery Year, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, less the minimum internal resources required for all FRR Entities in such Locational Deliverability Area.

Non-Conforming Product means a Product that does not conform to the Supplier’s Warranties.
Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.
Tobacco product manufacturer means an entity that after the date of enactment of this Act directly (and not exclusively through any affiliate):
