Warehousing Project definition

Warehousing Project means any Development Project that is primarily devoted to the storage of materials. Examples of warehousing land-uses include self-storage facilities, distribution centers (used for storage of finished material prior to their distribution to retail centers or other storage facilities, data centers, agricultural storage, refrigerated/cold storage, and wrecking yards. Other examples are contained in Exhibit “A” hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
