Warehouse Sales definition

Warehouse Sales means a Use of all or part of a Building where only furniture, carpets and floor coverings, curtains and drapery, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures and supplies, pictures, picture frames, mirrors and appliances are displayed and offered for sale to the public.
Warehouse Sales means development used for the wholesale or retail sale of a limited range of bulky goods from within an enclosed buildingwhere the size and nature of the principal goods being sold typically require large floor areas for direct display to the purchaser or consumer. Adult Mini-Theatre means an establishment or any part thereof, where, for any form of consideration, live entertainment, motion pictures, video tapes, video discs, slides or similar electronic or photographic reproductions, the main feature of which is the nudity or partial nudity of any person, are shown as a principal Use, or are shown as an Accessory Use to some other business activity which is conducted on the premises, and where individual viewing areas or booths have a seating capacity of 10 persons or less. 2. General Industrial Uses means development used principally for one or more of the following activities:
