Warehouse Property definition

Warehouse Property means the real estate situated in the Township of Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey, more particularly described in the Warehouse Sale Agreement, together with the Improvements nor or hereafter located thereon.
Warehouse Property means those lands and buildings located in the City of Calgary, in the Province of Alberta legally described as: Plan 7410187, Block 6, Lot 7, Excepting thereout all mines and minerals;
Warehouse Property has the meaning set forth in Section 11.
