WAPT Rate definition
WAPT Rate means with respect to any Accrual Period, a per annum rate equal to (i) (a) the sum of the products of the Outstanding Principal Balance of each Loan multiplied by the related Loan Rate in respect of such Accrual Period, divided by (b) the Aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance of the Loans, less (ii) the sum of (a) the Trustee Fee Rate and (b) the Servicing Fee Rate.
