WAN Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3 (Wide Area Network (WAN) Services).

• The Lessee will ensure that its personnel and contractors, at all times, (i) are educated and trained in the proper use and operation of the WAN Facilities for the WAN Services (ii) follow applicable operations and instruction manuals.

• Services include but are not limited to: Airport Shared Tenant Services (STS); (Voice, Ethernet, Common Use Connectivity, etc.), Extension of Service Provider WAN Services, and DirecTV services via IP (IPTV) throughout the Airport Campus.

• An Order for WAN Services may be cancelled by Supplier without liability to the Customer if the results of any survey are in Supplier’s reasonable opinion unsatisfactory, the site wayleave is not agreed, or the Customer does not agree to pay any applicable additional costs.

• If requested by the Lessee, WANRACK will work together with the Lessee to participate in the Schools and Libraries Program of the Universal Service Fund (the “E-Rate Program”), and in particular the parties will cooperate in maximizing the discounts available to the Lessee under the E-Rate Program in respect of the WAN Facilities and the WAN Services.

WAN Services means the wide area network, support and maintenance services set out in the Quotation. “PRINCIPLE NETWORKS” means PRINCIPLE NETWORKS Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 11341216, with a registered place of business at Citypoint, 1 Ropemaker Street, London, EC2Y 9HT.

WAN Services. TFTI will provide WAN services for TSI employees, workgroups and assets that are located in TFTI managed facilities world-wide. WAN services include providing network connectivity for all locations in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. In addition, TFTI will provide integration support to this network for TSI managed networks, both local and wide-area.
