WAN License definition

WAN License means a license of the Program(s) that permits Licensee’s and its Affiliates’ employees and Contract Users located greater than 25-miles (40-km) from the Designated Site as specified in the Quotation to use the Program(s).
WAN License means a License that is made available within a Wide Area Network. When the License is available for WAN usage, every Employee connected to the said network can use the License simultaneously up to the maximum number of concurrent End Users requested and paid by Licensee. This type of License is intended to accommodate Licensees that have multiple sites either within the same country or in different countries.
WAN License. Wide Area Network license is limited to computers connected to the designated WAN. Access shall be controlled by one single license server only. WAN(广域网)许可:系指限制仅由连接到特定广域网的计算机可使用的许可。产品的获取应仅由一个单独经许可的服务器控制。

  • Exclusive License has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

The quantity of tokens required for a given use of the DS Offering is determined in the Product Portfolio and/or in the Documentation, and may be changed in the event of modifications to such DS Offering. Pool of tokens of same type can be accessed and used simultaneously by one or several authorized Users and/or Extended Enterprise Users and/or Machines, as applicable within the limit of the number of available tokens.

  • Copyleft License means any license that requires, as a condition of use, modification and/or distribution of software subject to such license, that such software subject to such license, or other software incorporated into, derived from, or used or distributed with such software subject to such license (i) in the case of software, be made available or distributed in a form other than binary (e.g., source code form), (ii) be licensed for the purpose of preparing derivative works, (iii) be licensed under terms that allow the Company’s or any Subsidiary of the Company’s products or portions thereof or interfaces therefor to be reverse engineered, reverse assembled or disassembled (other than by operation of Law) or (iv) be redistributable at no license fee. Copyleft Licenses include the GNU General Public License, the GNU Lesser General Public License, the Mozilla Public License, the Common Development and Distribution License, the Eclipse Public License and all Creative Commons “sharealike” licenses.
