WAMO definition

WAMO or “Weighted Average Months Outstanding” means, as of the end of a Collection Period, with respect to all Transferred Receivables that are Eligible Receivables, the period (expressed in months and weighted by the aggregate Receivables Balance of all such Receivables) from the respective dates the related Advances were made or acquired by the applicable Seller to the end of the preceding Collection Period.

  • Special Funds or the Waiver Agreement Management Office (WAMO) must also be a signatory and date Form C-32 if WCL §§ 14(6) or 15(8) have been found applicable to the case(s).

  • Claimant authorizes the insurer(s), WAMO, SDF and SFG to release a copy of this agreement, once approved by the Board, to any healthcare providers or billing entities who might submit bills for post-settlement treatment or supplies.

  • Any bills submitted for treatment rendered after the date of final approval of this agreement will be deemed resolved in favor of the insurer(s), WAMO, SDF and SFG.

  • As of the date of final approval of this agreement, the claimant releases the insurer(s), SFG, SDF and WAMO from any further liability to pay for medical treatment and supplies causally related to the established injuries of the case(s).

  • WAMO ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ges that it shall have no right to manufacture any ACCOLADE Encrypted Game Pack for any entity other than ACCOLADE.

  • ACCOLADE and/or WAMO agrees to notify GREENLEAF of any such claim promptly in writing and to all▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇EAF to control the proceedings.
