Walmart Relocation Costs definition
Walmart Relocation Costs means all costs, expenses and obligations relating to the relocation of the Sunrise Tenants (collectively, the “Sunrise Relocations”), including without limitation relocation costs, any Lease termination fees, and any rent credits, abatements or tenant improvement allowances to which any tenants may be entitled under their respective Leases as a result of the Sunrise Relocations, in each case which are either Pre-Approved Sunrise Relocation Costs or otherwise reasonably approved by Purchaser.
