Walmart MAA means the Second Amended and Restated Master Automation Agreement, dated May 20, 2022, among Walmart Inc., Symbotic and Symbotic Holdings.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Customer shall not, directly or indirectly, anywhere in the world, sell or license, offer to sell or license, or otherwise offer automated material handling services using, any Systems installed or integrated for Customer pursuant to this Agreement to Exclusivity Entity (as defined in the Walmart MAA) or any Dedicated Provider (as defined in the Walmart MAA) thereof during the Exclusivity Period (as defined in the Walmart MAA).
