Examples of WALLEX in a sentence

  • You are also authorizing WALLEX to obtain your personal and/or business credit report: (a) when you request certain new products, or (b) at any time WALLEX reasonably believes there may be an increased level of risk associated with your Account.

  • WALLEX’s determination may be based on different factors and WALLEX may rely on information it receives from third parties.

  • Any third party software application you use on the WALLEX website is subject to the license you agreed to with the third party that provides you with this software.

  • WALLEX, in its absolute discretion, may place a hold on any or all of the payments you receive when WALLEX believes there may be a high level of risk associated with you, your Account, or any or all of your transactions.

  • If you open a Merchant Account, you are providing WALLEX with your written instructions and authorisation in accordance with any applicable law to obtain your personal and/or business credit report from a credit bureau.

  • Payment Review is a process by which WALLEX reviews certain potentially high-risk transactions.

  • WALLEX is not a remittance business or a money transfer service and WALLEX Services may not be used to remit funds to third parties.

  • If the Error results in your receipt of less than the correct amount to which you are entitled, WALLEX will credit your Account for the difference.
