Wakil Fee definition

Wakil Fee means, in relation to a Wakalah Investment Transaction, the fee specified in the Wakil Offer Notice payable by the Muwakkil to the Wakil on either the Investment Date or the Maturity Date as agreed between the Parties. IIFM Interbank Unrestricted Master Wakalah Agreement 2013

Examples of Wakil Fee in a sentence

  • If the Wakil Fee is agreed to be payable on the Maturity Date, the Wakil is entitled to deduct the Wakil Fee from the applicable Maturity Proceeds.

  • Wakil Fee: Wakil is entitled to a fee which is to be fixed and not linked to the Actual/Anticipated Profit Rate.

  • Wakil Fee will be deducted from the Muwakkil's Maturity Proceeds (i.e. the return of the Investment Amount and the Actual/Anticipated Profit Rate).

  • Pupil fee means a fee, deposit or other charge imposed on pupils, or a pupil’s parents or guardians, in violation of Section 49011 of the Education Code and Section 5 of Article IX of the California Constitution, which require educational activities to be provided free of charge to all pupils without regard to their families’ ability or willingness to pay fees or request special waivers, as provided for in Hartzell v. Connell (1984) 35 Cal.3d 899. A pupil fee includes, but is not limited to, all of the following:

  • Initial Fee means any applicable one-off initial or installation fee, as may be stated in an Order;

  • Hookup fee means a fee for the installation and inspection of any pipe, line,

  • Rental Fee A fee charged by the Contractor for the rental of a compactor or roll-off container.

  • Asset Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.03.
