Wakil is an agent. Any reference to an agreement is to that agreement as it has been or may from time to time be amended, supplemented, novated or restated. Unless the context otherwise requires, words (including words defined in this Agreement) denoting the singular number only shall include the plural and vice versa, words importing the masculine gender shall include the feminine and neuter genders, and words importing a person shall include a natural person, company, corporation, partnership, firm, agency or any other legal or commercial entity, and vice versa. The words “written” and “in writing” include any means of visible reproduction (including e-mail). References to Clauses are to Clauses of this Agreement unless otherwise stated. The words “include”, “includes” and “including” shall be construed as if they were followed by the words “without limitation”. Whenever this Agreement refers to a number of days, such reference shall be to calendar days unless Business Days are specified.
